Try these checks
- Unwind yarn so the cone feeds with minimal drag or snagging.
- Retension cloth that has become saggy.
- Make sure the gun base is supported correctly against the cloth.
- Test a short row at a slower consistent movement.
- Check whether the selected yarn size is suitable for the machine and intended pile.
